LENTICE provides comprehensive services to make IT be able to fully automate an organization business process. On every solution that we deliver to our customers, we will provide Consulting, Implementation, Training and Support services.

In the Consulting phase, LENTICE professional team will discuss with our customers their understanding and expectation on the business and technical requirements and future plan. LENTICE professional team will then also collect supporting information on existing customer environment. The outcome of analysis on customer expectation and requirements, future plan and existing condition combine with Industry best practice and LENTICE experiences in other customers will produce the right implementation formula for LENTICE customers.

In Implementation phase, LENTICE will dedicate a combination of project management and technical teams to ensure that the project will be finished on time, with excellent quality and great user experiences. LENTICE is using a unique project management methodology, combination of adoption from IT project management standard and best practice (PMBOK, SDLC and SCRUM) and adjustment based on LENTICE experience in implementing each solution.

LENTICE Training services is uniquely designed to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solution by end-users. With this solution, CNOOC LMO division has an integrated end-to-end business process automation system, including bidding process, contract management, cost control and invoice process which seamlessly integrated with their ERP system (SAP). Besides that, CNOOC can continuously monitor business process performance from both high-level and operational perspective from a centralized console using Business Intelligence tool, so that they can early detect and alerted whenever certain business performance degradation happened. Later, this system will be expanded to automate business process in other CNOOC departments.
